    canon imagerunner scanning patch for windows 10

    Has anybody heard of or used a patch to make an imagerunner scan to file?

    What exactly do you mean? All IR models can scan to file/folder.

      I was told that win 10 is turning off smb1 for security reasons and thats why the scan to folder option has stopped working after a win upgrade

          SMBv1 is not installed by default in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and Windows Server, version 1709 and later versions :



          In the link above there is quite some info on how to install or how to let legacy devices communicate with Windows when they depend on SMB v1...
