    [CQ] Canon C7055 - marks on extreme edge of page

    Hi.

    My C7055 has been running fine until I have just yesterday when I have started to get a band of colour down the edge of the page as per the picture - it is only on SRA3 pages any less than that and it doesn't show up.

    Would this be the transfer belt starting to fail or something different?

      I would suspect the ITB cleaning blade.

              You can take the cleaner assembly out with out removing the ITB. Check the edge of the blade that has the markings on it. Good chance a label has been caught in the blade and may also be stuck on some of the belt.

              Slide the ITB unit out completely, cleaner will be on your left.
