I have a problem with an Ira-adv8585 machine.
The problem is only as a printer, not as a copier.
The problem is that sometimes it prints little intensity (not always and only with some files, these files have been tested in another machine equal and go well)
As a copier, she has never had a problem.
It is the same to print in postcription, VFR or direct printing on a pendrive.
We have increased the level of intensity as a printer at the user level but sometimes the quality is not good.
As it does not always happen, we thought there was a temperature problem in the client since in winter there are only between 12 and 16 degrees but now the temperature is normal and still bad.
