    [Dead] CANON IR1133A - Blank pages during print and photocoping

    Dear Team,

    i am currently facing a blank printed pages problem on a canon ir1133A Copier,
    the problem is happening whether printing or photo coping.

    i have changed the toner but no success,
    i have removed the fuser/fixing unit to see whether there are any physical damages but none.

    what could be the solution for this?

      Ok !
      So no error codes, this means laser is ok, image is being transferred to belt, but it's not transferred to Paper.

      Check Transfer Roller Assembly

          where can i find the Transfer Roller Assembly on this model?
          is it the roller near the toner cartridge drum?, (i have changed it but no good result)

              Transfer
              The transfer bias is applied to the transfer roller to charge the print media positive. The
              positively charged media attracts the negatively charged toner from the photosensitive
              drum surface.

              The High-voltage Power Supply applies biases to the following components:
              • Primary Charging Roller
              • Developing Roller
              • Transfer Roller
              • Fixing Flm
              The DC Controller controls the High-voltage Power Supply to generate biases.

                  Had a similar problem on a canon ir3180 that was printing/copying blank pages,issue was a faulty laser unit, no error codes were produced.
