Canon 1325 Image Transfer Belt Not cleaning

    [CQ] Canon 1325 Image Transfer Belt Not cleaning

    I have a Canon 1325 little colour mc its similkar to the iradv Canon 250/350
    Its go0ne through 3 ITB units very quickly as the belt doesnt clean and backs up not putting waste toner in the wasted toner container.
    Ive checked the chute between ITB and waste toner and its not blocked.
    I have checked the shutters on waste toner and ITB shutter when its inserted and both open and close when they should.
    The ITB is driving and both gears are intact and behind the white cover.
    Any ideas

          Teckat, i have a ir c255i with same problem. If the waste toner feed screw its not turning your sugestion is the motor m02?
          In my case the cleaning screw of the black drum damaged the drum because the toner dont go out

              Sir I know you posed your Q to Teckat... but 1) Different Machine. 2) You should a: Start you own thread. b: check your waste chute

                  Different machine with same parts. i service the two models. i do not start my own thread because is the same problem but i go to open my own thread like you suggest
