Fax L410 Check toner cartridge problem

Hi Sir,

Good day!

I have this problem check toner cartridge in Fax L410. I already change new cartridge to test. Checked the main drive alighnment. But still problem occurred. Anybody had encounter this problem. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I would check if there is a proper connection between toner cartridge and chip reader while the cartridge is inserted. On the older machines a bent HV contact can cause cartridge detection issues.

Hi boss, it is aligned and doing good contact with the chip. I tried to put tape to the chip if there is changes. Still check toner cartridge. Thanks in advance
