[Error Code] Canon iR ADV C5255 - Error code E0075-103

    Hello.

Recently I have a costumer with E0075-103 error code. The machine is installed on the level. But when I correct the displacement of the ITB, after 200 copies the error appears. The printer has only 370K.

The machine does not preform the ITB-INIT procedure in service mode, it shows the error code.

I have checked the TP10 142d technical publication and parts seems to be all OK. I have changed the belt and the cleaning blade. No parts broken.

Tried to perform the ITB equilibrium position adjustment procedure, and the ITB-INIT shows OK but some days the error appears.

Do you have any idea what else can I do?

    Regards.

on the itb belt adjust the main motor bracket. Just had an e075-0003 yesterday and the bracket up went negative. The pos position (this was a 5035 and think 52xx have pos1 and pos2) should be as close to 0 as possible. Mine yesterday went from 355 to -64 which is really good. The instructions are not clear on that and on that particular machine I think I adjusted it the wrong way before as the dimple was at the top of the slot which would be bracket down direction. If you adjust that bracket and get no change running itb init then it is a bad board which I had once. Canon has a tech pub for a lot of issues. I usually make sure it has the mod kit. The old style has little white rollers which get flat areas.

Thank you. Which board did you change?

      Regards.

The one that controls the itb motor. Right back lower.

When faced with this error I replace the complete ITB ass'y & new cleaning unit, after If the machine is level you wont see this error again.

Or if you don't want to fit a new ass'y try adjusting this bracket, left side of machine had good results with this myself.
