Is there a way to change the number of rings for an incoming fax from 2 to 4?

not for your model... but I kinda doubt they changed it much:

Yes you can on a ira4025. I'm not near a machine but I know for fact that you can on them..fax...auto rx...can't remember. I've had to change them for fax forwarding on VOIP setups. If you're at the machine you can find it. Hit the green "i"for info too

Found it. Service mode/fax/NCU/auto RX/007 change to required number of rings
