    Canon part question

I am new to the Canon product and trying to understand things. For those that have been around, I'm sure you know the answer.

I'm looking at part # FM1-A719-010 ADF sep pad. I looked in ISG and chose old>new and got nothing. When I chose new>old I got 3 number

    FL3-5538-010

    FL3-5538-000

    FL2-9942-000

I assume the release sequence of these were in this order:

    1st FL2-9942-000

    2nd FL3-5538-000

    3rd FL3-5538-010

    4th FM1-A719-010

    I am looking at these models: MODEL IR 1730, 1740, 1750 & IR ADV 400, 500

I was told by someone to use FL3-5538-010 on all these models but I would think the latest FM1-A719-010 is the one to use, right?

Any input you could give would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Confused tech

You are correct. The FM1-A719 is more coarse

      Re: Canon part question

My guess is that regardless which number you order you'll get FM1-A719-010, and possibly a revised sticker over the number. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        • Thanks Brian and Blackcat. I will use the one Canon says to use. I knew I could get the right scoop here.
