hi,i need help my copier canon iradv 6065 giving error 000263-000 i changed the ac driver and the main driver pcbs.
i check the connectors but the error still present.

Relay PCB (PCB 5) in the Power Cord Terminal Assembly
Relay PCB is FM4-1086-000
================================================== ================================================== ============================


Main Driver PCB and the AC Driver PCB have been replaced.
Tie wraps have been removed from the wire harness that plugs into J103 on the Main Driver PCB.

Pin 3 of connector J101 on the Main Driver PCB is missing 12 VDC which comes from J515 of the Relay PCB. At pin 3 of J515 on the Relay PCB, 12 VDC is missing. At J511 of the Relay PCB, 12 VDC is present coming from the 12 Volt DC Power Supply.

Refer to the following illustration:




Solution :


Pico fuse FU514 on the Relay PCB located under J515 was blown which interrupted 12 VDC to pin 3 for J515.

Replacing the Relay PCB was the resolution for clearing out error code E263-0000 from the machine.

Yes, if you replace the Pico fuse FU514 on the Relay PCB!

Have all of the pico fuses on the Main Driver PCB checked out good.
