    AdvC5235A E0225-0001

    Customer just purchased this AdvC5235A and it keeps throwing an E0225-0001, I don't see this code in the SM, any help?

    Sorry guys, miscommunication, this code is not on this copier, please disregard post!

      Error 225 is usually scanner lamp.

          You sure the code is correct?

          Sounds like a main counter mismatch error. 🧐

              Sorry I edited the post. The tech was giving me a code for an AdvC2020, not the C5235 I thought we were speaking about.

                      We are talking now about IRADVC 2025, right?
                      If I remember correctly, there was a Bulletin about a faulty Power Supply, causing several errors. Maybe you should give it a try

                          Zoraldinho is right, it's a Scanner lamp/ Scanner light error, jut not on the 52xx
