ImageClass MF726CDW error code 020-0000

Couldn't find much on Google about this code. Also couldn't find a service manual.

Customer said making a grinding noise, burning odor and now the 020-0000 code. I'm assuming the fuser needs to be replaced but don't know this machine.

Does anyone have the service manual?

Description
Density Sensor error

Causes
Sufficient amount of light could not be received when detecting image density.

Remedy
1. Check the connector of the DC Controller PCB.
2. Replace the ITB Unit.
3. Replace the DC Controller PCB.
4. Replace the Toner Cartridge.
