    [CQ] IR C350 faded copies

    I have 3 IR C350 printers in same customers all with the same problem. They all have faded copies only on black. Changing the PCDU fixs it temporarily. They do between 4k and 10k before they go.

      I go by percentage and mine get 80-120% before they go light with canon drums. I am going to guess that is 20-30 thousand copies.

          sounds like the Dev units are not keeping up with toner replenishment properly...

          How many pages on the machines/consumables?
          what have you done besides the PCU's to the machine?
          did you clean the laser lens?

          so many questions so little information.

              Sorry for the vagueness as look at ricohs 95% of the time. Dont think its the lens as fitting new pcdu fixs it. Was going to look at the hopper but judging by the manual looks like thats an epic strip down job. Was kinda hoping some canon guru would just say thats easy just replace such and such.
