What type of DF? DADF-A1 or DADF-B1? Jam codes? If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If it looks like the RADF-G1 on the GP200/iR210 its a DADF-A1.

If the exit tray is on the right, I suspect it is a B1. Not technical, but take a look at it: if it feeds from the left and only has the one "lump" it is an A1. If it has a 2nd "lump" on the right it is a B1.
In either case, the jam code would be nice to have. A real SWAG (since you said you switched the complete feeder unit is (if it is a B1) the exit tray alignment. Other than that (again if you did switch out the complete unit) it has to be a control board.
Again, an error code would help.
BTW: Since you are a tech, the Canon e-support site, parts, has a box you may enter the 3 letters of the serial number and it will tell you the model.Comment
