Printing Problem using Canon IR Advance 6055

I have two computers

one is Using Windows 7 32 bit
The result = everything is fine

the other is using Windows 7 64 bit
There is something wrong with the graphic document

using the same printer driver
Canon generic plus ufr II

for example:

first computer
pdf document

the same document pdf and word document

Any solution?

Don't use the generic driver for starters. And make sure its the proper version(32 bit vs 64 bit). Print the documents as imsges

Already use the proper version (64bit) (if you install the wrong version, the computer automatically reject)
Adobe acrobat reader (print the documents as images, Already use)

I also try to share printer from the computer OS 7 32 bit that work perfectly

I print from OS 7 64 bit using that shared printer, but also has the same problem

hi..try a clean driver install and download the driver from the canon site then install from file.

if its shared is other pc with win 7 64 bit OS working fine?
i always try a clean fresh install if i suspect driver.dont use driver you have.download it.

The other PC with windows 7 32 bit print using that shared printer
Working fine and perfectly..

what a strange problem,
I already try a lot of printer driver with windows 7 64 bit
same problem.

i think the only solution is to reinstall with win 7 32 bit

i forget to tell, i have 3 copier machines, canon ir 6570, ir 5075 and ir advance 6055
same problem if i print using PC win 7 64 bit.

Print Test Page from driver to see is it a driver problem or software. Why you share printer that have network? Do not use generic driver, download UFR II Printer Driver V30.30

Try the PCL6 driver on the 64bit machine

PCL6 Might not work if the customer didn't order the PCL License. Canon has UFR II installed, but PCL and PostScript are "Add-on's".

+1 on the Model Specific UFR II drivers. Generic might give you strange print issues, or even not let you use some of the machine accessories.

Problem solved a little
I delete all my canon copier machines driver (ir 6570, ir 5075, ir advance 6055)
Restart the PC

install driver for Ir Advance 6055
using UFRII_V30.30_Set-up_x64

Restart

Try printing using Acrobat reader
The result is better but still something wrong

Restart

Try printing using Acrobat reader

Actually before you do that, try this instead.....

Click File>Print, then click the "Advanced" button and put a check mark in the box labelled "Print as image", and see if that makes a difference. It might ALSO be an issue where the machine just doesn't have the fonts available to reproduce that document properly. Depending on what was used to create the image (Adobe Publisher?), you might want to try a different font in the areas that are missing.

Case in point... I had a customer creating a PDF brochure, and they were using a "non-standard" font in part of the page. Using the UFR II drivers, that font wasn't available so it selected "Wingdings" as a substitute. (Customer called it "Heiroglyphics"...LOL!) We switched them over to a PostScript driver, and everything worked after that. Find out if that machine has PostScript installed, and maybe try that driver instead?

I can not solve this problem,
the document i print (via pc that has Windows 7 64 bit) can not be used , it has a lot of mistakes.

i give up,

i will try instal using windows 7 32 bit.
