Hello Every One

I have a problem in canaon small machine 6312 6514 machine doing problem when i service the copier machine cantinious running and indicating toner blinkig and machine already have a new toner when i off the machine machine ready to copy and print after 1 print again indicate toner blinking can i one give me solution

if it has new toner in it either you dont have it in all the way (turned far enought)or you did not pull the packing tab off the tube. or at least that is what I find most of the time..

I belive you must make a toner suply on the np6312.
Hold A 5 sek until you can see U1 in the display.
Press the + button to U7.
Press Start button some times 71, 72, 73, and one more.

Shouldn't need toner supply on that series....bad toner sensor in dev unit... check contact atrear of dev housing...little bar like a thick paper clip at rear of housing...maybe need dev housing if gears and augers in housing ok....been there
