    [Misc] canon ir2200 registration off

I have a canon ir2200 and the registration is off by about 1.5 inches usually in the morning from both paper trays. it usually happens first thing in the morning but not every time? any ideas would be a great help.

    THANK YOU

for some reason I recall a paper guide on the side that breaks, and the
feed roller shaft flops around. If that is the case, I remember an after market leaf spring you could install..and it worked..check the feed roller shaft on that side...good luck!
