[Jamming] C3380i with Z1 finisher not stacking correctly

I spent a couple of hours on this problem. When the paper exits the finisher it does not pull it back
in to stack. The sheets get skewed on something. I have not seen what it is getting skewed by.
It looks like I would have to remove the finisher to do just about anything.

So, has anyone had any experiences like this on that finisher?

    Thanks

There are a couple of rubber arms that pull the paper back in, give them a good clean.

Best to remove this finisher rather that try & work on it in the machine, only a few screws unit comes out.

Also check you don't have limited functions mode on.

Had this before, there are also little black rubber bands, very thin that sit in a groove on some white rollers, these break off and cause alot of issues when skewing. You will probably see one missing, easy enough to spot
