what is the life on parts ( drums/belt/fuser )

you want help but don't really explain what HAS been done. As a tech ( much like a DR. ) we NEED more information to be able to assist

Most common cause it coronas, remove & clean them. Replace or rewire if you cant clean.

While you're removing them pull out & clean the last glass.

I've changed the corona wires and the developping assembly but still the same problem.

Almost looks like a depleted/starved developer to me.

I don't think that is a developping assembly because it looks good .

The black shading areas look like the drum needs replacing.

Arcing corona maybe. Did you do the transfer separation corona?

I don't think that is a developping assembly because it looks good .

I'm not sure what the spacing is between the blank areas, but it almost looks like there's no developer in one spot on the rollers. I'm going under the assumption that the paper is feeding in LTR format... in which case those void areas would be rotational.
