E020 0290 ATR Sensor (C) error or toner supply error

    Remedy
    1. Check if the Drum Unit (C) is installed.
    2. Check the Drum Unit Relay PCB (C) (UN28)
    3. Check the Drum Unit Memory PCB (C) (UN32)
    4. Check the harness/connector between the DC Controller PCB (UN09/ J25) and the Drum Unit Relay PCB (C) (UN28).
    5. Replace the Drum Unit (C).
    6. Replace the DC Controller PCB (UN09)

Light streaks are usually dust on the laser unit. I've NEVER had good luck cleaning those while they're still in the machine!! I found it easier to clean them after I pull it out.

    Good luck.

Very common issue, what life are the drums & ITB on?

Also try cleaning the patch sensors...

Comfirm removing the laserunit to clean the glass. If drum leaks and there are white lines ont the PG print probably the whole laserunit is covered with toner... save yourselve the hassle and clean it well just once...
