    C5030 boot failure

I have a Canon c5030 that fails to boot. The progress bar appears but it never moves (stays stuck around 25%).
Controller 1 and 2 have been verified good (tested in another copier).
What could be causing this? I'm diving back into the service manual.

    Thanks in advance,

Sounds like an HDD issue, try reloading the ssw.

Thanks for the help. Indeed, it was a hard drive problem.
