    Canon IRA C2225 with ghost images

    Hi Guys!
    I have a church that has a "ghost image" on every copy and print in bothe B/W and color...
    I swithced all drums and ITB bet assembly and still the same result....any ideas?

    inspect fuser for damage/wear
    is it on the same side..same pattern ..maybe not in same spot but always equal distance? what is the MM spacing?
    provide pic?
    what is life count on parts and machine?

      PG1 & PG10 for example.

            Common problem. Usually a drum fixes it. The itb has a new style with instructions to change a few settings. I have been able to fix this problem by having them switch to letter R size from letter.. That model does not like generic toner either.

              hi.

              if you have replace the drum and you still having issues then you will need to check fuser.

              if fuser is ok then you might just need to do abit of cleaning on the HVT pcb unit.to much charge over drums
