    Canon service tool download

    Can anyone tell me where to download service tool.

              1) are you a certified Canon Tech?
              2) if you aren't you won't have access and IF a cert'd tech DOES give you the files needed he can be fired.. lose his Tech ID and the dealership can lose that.

                  I am a certified Canon technician and I have access to SIMS, the problem is that the Service Tool does not work after being downloaded from the Canon page.
                  Do you have some old version of service tool?

                                  You will need to be a Certified Canon Technician and you will be provided a Log In to following site
                                  Canon e-Support Center
                                  In the Downloads and Tech Pubs you can search and should find the L Printer Service Tool or Firmware Update Tool or whatever else you my need.
