Canon iR1510 background

I have a iR1510 with background on whole A4 paper, the copy and report print look light grey.
On the back cover of the paper is it a 10 mm light grey stroke 32 mm from the beginning of paper.
If somebody know a solution of this iR1510 problem so reply, i have try to replace drum and developer without some change in sight.

Did you mean you changed the dev ass? first thing I would do is fit a new dev and new toner.

I changed the dev again, and now to a new one and the background is gone.
