[Jamming] 0A02 power on jams Canon iRADVC2230

    Hi

I am getting constant 0A02 jams from cassette 2. They are power on jams at PS17. Have run multiple copies without any jams but there are lots of jams in the jam log. Apparently it jams after printing or copying 2 or 3 pages (power already on) I cannot find any bulletins on this jam code.

Thanks for any help if anyone else has seen this

    hi.

does your cass 1 work fine if so then its the ps17 sensor on the 2nd paper pick up unit.

maybe the sensor arms movement doesnt move back fast enough.
might be a mech issue inside the unit aswell.dont you have a spare unit to test with?

Hey Phil, I checked sensor operation in IO in service mode and it turns on and off ok there.

Yeah PS17 is the sensor for pickup 2. I swapped pickup 2 and 3 over to see if the jam code changes or not as I didnt have a new one on me.
