I have canon irc 5030 its showing code 010094 adf jam i clean all sensor even i try other ADF but the code still and same. Plz help me.

The Prism Holder on the Registration Guide might have fallen off so you need a new guide FM1-L794-000

Does this copier have the single pass feeder or does the paper reverse in feeder for 2nd side?

I'm sorry, my answer was for the single pass feeder not the reversing feeder. You should check to make sure all sensor flags are operating properly and not stuck down.
