[Dead] Canon ir Advance 6065i starting problem

I have problem with this machine. When I start machine, display only blink once (There is nothing on it), but indication light uder keyboard is green.
I can hear fans that they are working, but heating unit doesen't start to heat. Does anyone have problem like this?

Can somebody help me.

Sounds like power supply problem. There are a couple of power supplies. Could also be main controller 1. Just glad it is not my service call.
