    [Jamming] Canon IR2016J...HELP!

    good evening gentlemen,
I'm new in this forum. I do not write well in English because I'm Italian and I do not know the language very well but I hope I can make myself understood. I own a Canon IR2016J too. I was given a gift for a few days and they said it was working, but I have never been able to put it into operation as soon as it is turned on, the display indicates a paper jam in the left drawer, but in reality there is not it's no sheet. I opened all the drawers and tried with the help of a flashlight any fragments of paper that could keep the sensors locked but nothing ....
I've done some researches on various forums but nobody has been able to explain any procedure to follow better .. If I understand correctly, there are codes for every type of jam. How can I see which sensor it is?
The only thing I can do is enter SERVICE MODE (*, 2.8, *) but then I can not continue ...
    Can someone help me?
    Thank you all.

Did you open and inspect small left lower door? Inspect sensor flags.

Thank you for answering .. I tried the procedure but without getting any results.
Going through the menu that you indicated to me you will see two error codes: E355 and E719.
          I attach photos.

Maybe I did not follow the procedure indicated, but in service mode the menu that appears is attached and I do not know where to find "mode list"

And could this be my problem? What can I do? Is there a way to run the copier engine despite the jam?

This Sensor check change status immediately if you change sensor state, so useful for check sensor condition

You can see on pic 2. REG was 1 that mean Jam at registration sensor. This sensor below Drum unit on paper path. Blow or change this sensor.

I have identified the sensor under the drum .. Lowering the sensor the REG value is 0 .. Leaving the sensor the value is 1 .. So it means that it works?

Should I remove it completely or is there a connector of that sensor on the card that I can unplug?

Thank you very much for the patience you are dedicating to me
