Need to reduce scan size

Hello,

Our customer has a canon IR 3225. He wants to reduce the scan size - something like 50 pages in full color should not be over 2 MB.

We have tried reducing the resolution, changin the compression to high. But still can't satisfy the customer.

Any other setting we can try.

50 color pages less than 2mg? highly doubt it can be done

Not possible.

If this is scanning via email suggest they scan via SMB size is unlimited.

Customer is using scan to SMB. The customer wants to reduce the size of the scanned document.

More than likely.. the scan to drive is getting full and they don't delete the files

Tell customer: Use WinRAR or WinZip Instead
