Hi, what problem actually occur when i copy 1 or 2 sides, the doc image is skew as attachment below.. i tried to to enter factory value in sv mode, adjust>feed adj but still wont work. Is this mechanical problem or just setting? This only happen when do copying or scanning. Print is fine

The paper does not travel smoothly through the adf.
Check the paper path, check adf hinge, pickups ...If it ain't broke, don't fix it
