CLC2620 with Fiery C1 misaligned colors

Hello,I got an Canon CLC2620 with Canon's C1 imagePASS server but when printing anything in color then the colors are all over the place/misaligned. Printing in black/white works totally fine. Could it be a mechanical problem or could printer/Fiery calibration fix this?

Have you tried to make a copy from the ADF or Glass? Are the same symptoms there? Yes? machine issue... No? Fiery issue... calibrate Fiery first.

If I allow it to autoselect colors when copying on glass then it makes even bigger mess,if I just tell it to print in color then it comes out like this.

        1) OEM drums/toner?
        2) What are the life left on all serviceable parts.. Drums/Belt/Trans/Fuser?
        3) Have you done single color print out for every color?

          1) All OEM
          2) Printer says drums are EOL but I'm kind of afraid that I'll spend massive money on replacing all drums just to find out that the issue is still there (got a feel it is mechanical problem althrough no weird noises). Not sure how to check status for other consumables?
          3)I will try doing that

WELL SHIT! if Drums put toner on the page.... and your drums are EOL... and you get SHITTY CQ....

            REPLACE the friggin DRUMS!

as far as consumable counts... you don't appear to be a tech. it would be in the user manual too!

This was a common problem on this old model.

Toner drops down behind the transfer belt casing the belt to slip giving mis-registration issues as per your test print.

You can usually remove the belt clean the drive roller & inside the belt this should resolve the issue, if not simply fit a new ITB belt.

If the belt is slipping replacing the drums wont make any difference.

I'll get a certified tech to open the unit up and inspect, can't do much myself.

                      The only logical choice.
I suggest the Oganj company . I met some good guys long time ago.

Yes, a very common issue with these and the CLC3200s, even with the ITB / drums etc it could still occur, if i remember it was something to do with the machine keeping old settings. Used to have do a main controller clear after doing all the P prints etc, you will have to to tell the machine it has a fiery again adn then put all the settings back, pain in the butt but it works, check the ITB first as in previous posts. Didnt think parts were availiable anymore for these, not from Canon direct here in Ireland anyhow
