Have you checked door/duplex assm for burrs.. obstructions .. gears.. rollers.. sticking.. moving rough?

why throw all those parts it until you knew WHAT was causing it?
or have you NOT laid out everything you have tried?

You switch complete door and still jaming? Hmm....Two bad doors? Probably humidified paper.

How often is jammed? Each print?

Try with turned paper Leter-R or A4 R. If worked change paper and set new values.

Set fixing control temp table: curled paperService Mode > (LEVEL 2) > COPIER > OPTION > IMG-FIX > TMP-TBLC> Select "2" (N1 mode with plain paper 1/2 (target temperature becomes low.)) or "3" (N3 mode with plainpaper 1/2 (target temperature becomes moreover low.)).

Set fixing control temp table: Thin (To use for thin paper setting)Service Mode > (LEVEL 1) > COPIER > OPTION > IMG-FIX > TMP-TBL5> Select "1" (S-thin paper mode (target temperature becomes low.)) or "2" (SS-thin paper mode (targettemperature becomes moreover low and lower the value of bias at the leading edge of the paper.)).

Inspect duplex solenoid, clean and inspect duplex flag sensor, worn flags, broken flappers....
