IR advance 6255

I've been replace new scanner assembly for the error 302 - 0002. Scanning on the glass for 4 pages the machine ok. Scanning on the glass for 5 pages or more the machine hang up. Sometimes when scanning the scanner is on the middle and the light always on. Then the machine came with an error 302 - 0002.
Any suggestion will greatly appciated

If you put a new scanner in you could try the flat cable to it. Do the white level adjustment (I think there are 4).
