IR ADVANCE 6055 error E00355

Hai , now I am in India at my own city. Past two years I was not in field because of some personal works. Now I am starting again my own copier service . I am very glad to contact again. I replaced a used working main controller with existing counter and serial number PCB on IR ADVANCE 6055. before no power-on. Now machine is power-on but with Error E00355. How can I fix it. Need your advice. Thanks.

possibly you cant - you need counter chip to marry with existing m/c and serial number.

have you got the old counter chip?

Yes I put back the old counter PCB and serial number PCB.

In older models, you can reset the E355 in service mode level 3. On Advance series, I'm not sure.
