It would help if you could clarify the smearing. Is it happening before the fixing unit? Is it happening after the copy comes out (rubs off?) is it a pattern or random marks? If you have aftermarket Fixing rollers that can cause smearing issues. If it is happening before the FX unit it could be cleaning, but you did the AP kit, dev unit... look for a pattern lead to trail or cross copy? distance between marks consistant? Is it just copies or does it do it in test prints as well?
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

Do you mean the toner rubs off after fixing or is it blurred when it comes out of the machine??
