Canon ir1025n showing paper jam add paper and exit try full at same time

Hello guys

Customer brought back this machine a few days after servicing,
the machine is showing
"add paper", "paper jam" and "output tray full" messages at the same time (one right after another), checked fuser unit sensors and they're OK, same for fuser wiring, I observe the sensors wiring going to a small card in the back part nr. FM2-4918 as currently I do not have another machine of the same model to swap boards. I almost forgot, also I have ran the CLR ALL option in service mode to no avail.

You might have to replace the DC Controller FM3-8876-000
