Hello, today a have copier irc3325 with same error. Cleanned mirrors of scanning unit but no result.
But with update, I think latest is 04.2022, error is gone.


Error appiered only when use ADF, if use glass no error.

1. Clean the four mirrors after disassembling the CCD.



2. Adjust the numerical values after upgrading the firmware.

Hi,

This is common for this model. Replace the flat Cable between the Main Controller PCB and the Scanner Unit.

After replace work for few hour then come back the same problem ....Any idea need help

302-0001 Shading error

An error in the shading value was detected at white shading.

- Harness between the Scanner Unit and the LED PCB (Unit of replacement: LASER SCANNER ASSEMBLY)

- Flat Cable between the Main Controller PCB (UN05/J33) and the Scanner Unit (Unit of replacement: CABLE, FLAT)

- Scanner Unit (Unit of replacement: LASER SCANNER ASSEMBLY)

- Main Controller PCB (UN05) (Unit of replacement: MAIN CONTROLLER PCB ASSEMBLY)

- Stream Reading Glass (Unit of replacement: GLASS, READER)

Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.

is anyone big brother encounter this Error before E302-0001.it happen when want to make copy or scan using feeder...press the start button it come out this error code and ask you to on and off the machine....i try to clean the glass and the scanner unit and ok for a while the come back again....what's wrong ???please help
