Hi, guys how to restore scan function back?missing scan function maybe after i cleared ALL in sv mode. Anyone can help me pls

The scan feature on this model resides on a USB key attached to the image processor PCB inside the machine.

I already take out this usb from another working machine with scan feature, but still scan feature cannot be use in that machine. Any suggestion brother?

I'll need to locate my Canon Manuals. I'll check with the installation procedure, but I THINK there's a switch in Service Mode that might need to be changed... I'm going to need to verify though. Don't want to give you the wrong information.

When you did an all clear did you do a P-PRINT first!?
Why did you perform this clear?

if you change boot rom or hdd or counter this is problem-
why you perform this clear??

Before scan feature missing, i got some problem which is when i started the machine, the machine always shown ''connection to PC is complete'' need to restart a few times then the machine ok. That why i try to clear ALL in sv mode to see if any different.
