we have 3 new imagerunner advance 3525i II. scanning is set up but, when a letter is scanned it shows up on the computer landscape. This is through the feeder and off the glass. They shut auto orientation off. And shut off OCR. Any thoughts and thanks in advance.

I suppose they turned off because it was landscape with auto-orientation.
Are copies without problems?Practice makes perfect

Tried with auto orientation on and off. Copies and prints are normal.Comment
