well with all the info obtained... my recommendation ..

a 3 rnd burst from a AR15 in 5.56 should fix it fine.

Copies fine from the glass! will feed through the feeder and the output will be blank! Reseated the doc feed connections and checked ribbon cable scanner and made sure scanner stops under narrow glass, ok! I suspect reader controller but not sure! Seems to be fine now, the customer says the problem is intermittent!

My experience with intermittent blank copies when using doc feed only is that customer sometimes inserts original upside down. Good luck getting them to admit it though.
