Some faults are caused by the fuser but not all.


To improve this situation, adjust the value for <Adj.
Secondary Transfer Volt.> to match the specific
characteristics of the paper. Adjust the value according
to the problem with your printout.
Press →Menu [Preferences] → [Paper Settings] → [Paper
Type Management Settings] → select the type of paper
you are using that is having this problem → press
[Details/Edit] → [Change] for <Adj. Secondary Transfer
Volt.> → adjust the voltage value.

Hello ,

Mainly this issue is from the Fixing belt assembly , replacing the belt alone will not help , its better to replace the whole unit, if not available , change the belt with the pads, oil roller (dont forget to put oil on it in the middle keep the oil away 30mm from both edges) and rollers if available.

You can first check the media itself, sometimes matte media if they are humid they cause such a problem.
