I have changed the intermediate transfer unit but I am still getting this error E000074 on Canon c2030i

If you open the right door and remove the ITB is the transfer disengagement working? If it is not, then you can pull the main drive and re-seat it to see if you can get it to work properly. The gear that controls this can become displaced or fall off. If this is a charge account or labor time is a concern, you may look at replacing the main drive versus attempting to repair.

If the machine has many prints or several years, replace the fixing driver unit.
