There is no one fix for this, could be a few things. Could be any of the power supplies, or controller boards. You will need a multi meter and start checking for power. Start at the power supplies, after confirming you are getting AC power in, start looking for DC voltages. Chances are you will find at somepoint that the DC voltage is missing somewhere along the chain.
Had a couple of these, both times a different board, but was able to narrow it down this way.
only pilot green light and Standby light is ON at startup no any movement
help is required

i have been on this before. The machine arrive on our shop with only pilot lamp is on. We replace the whole power supply and dc con with no luck and also the control panel. But i replace the ip main 1 that solve the problem you can try to realigned the connection betweet ip main 1 and ip main 2.

Main controllers a among the most expensive parts and may or may not be the problem. Sometimes it is one of the power supplies as in my case. I recommend using a meter and voltage checks to attempt to isolate the problem, hoping to avoid the extra cost and down time just throwing parts at it. Checking voltages would confirm if the power supplies are fine, leading to a quicker diagnosis of the controller if that is the case.
Could be any of the power supplies, controllers etc. If you don't isolate the issue then you will be just throwing parts at it.
