Try some fresh paper. Anytime I ever get waves like that, it's usually due to damp paper.

yeah i tried that with new reams and even new box of ream.

      same thing.

the xerox in the same room doesnt do this, and its right next to it, using the same paper.

make sure fixing unit is good one ,check registration flag is actuating properly and there is any obstacles in paper transport path especially near the pre transfer roller

you can also check with adjusting the paper gsm ,try 80-100 gsm

Looks like the small narrow roller on the fuser is gummed up. Its the Orange one that flips out with the cover. If it doesn't roll easy then there is your delay. I keep those bushings lubed. When older imagerunners do this it was fuser or old delivery rollers creating a delay.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

this is the thing, we bought another fuser twice from different vendors and still comes out wavy, i turned down the temp on the fuser for bond paper seems to work for a while, then after about say 200 copies it started to do it again, Im leaning toward the paper but ill look at your suggestion, because its was a new fuser these are all refurbished, Thanks for the tip. though Awesome EYE!!!

            Thanks
