HD must be recognized during the HDFormat procedure that is part of printer SST Firmware, after Formatting, u can proceed with loading printer firmware.

Is the HDD a OEM part ?

After replacing the HDD did you installed the SSW?

I have successfully cloned another HDD from IR 3570 and it works fine
