[Misc] Canon IPF 825 image problem

    Canon IPF 825
    Problem with image quality.
Breaks the lines along the length of the sheet.
Clean heads A and B. Change printhead.

Whether I need to change the carriage unit with belt?
What can i do to check what unit gave me that problem?

That looks more like an encoder sensor issue. Clean your encoder strip and see if that doesn't take care of it. You might also want to make sure the carriage shaft is clean. No grease on it either.

    Good luck.

Thank you for reply. It doesn't help. Cleaned shaft and encoder. Add one more image with this problem.

Have you tried sliding the carriage back and forth on the shaft just with your hand while the machine is off to make sure it is sliding smoothly? Make sure the encoder strip and belt are not binding up while moving. If it is moving smoothly, it could just be the encoder unit that is mounted on the back of the carriage.

Everything looked, the carriage slides smoothly, the encoder cleaned. All settings produced.

Ok, so the encoder strip is clean. Does it have any scars or spots of ink?The encoder strip is piece of plastic with very thin silk screened lines printed along the whole length of it. If any of those marks are worn, scrubbed off with cleaner, or coated with oil or ink, the carriage won't move smoothly. And if the carriage bushings are binding, the carriage won't move smoothly. Look closer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You followed proper procedure for head replacement? Didn't just stick it in without it doing auto head adjustment, nozzle check, etc? Gotta check the basics first. Firmware upgraded also? And regardless what Canon says, I oil the carriage rail with sewing machine oil after cleaning it. I've been working on Canon wide-format for 20 years and seen then grind and give carriage errors when dry. Post a service mode nozzle check...

                I would follow Canuck advise.

Also there is an "Adjustment Section" in the menu.

Try having a look at the "Angle Height Adjustment"

Thank you all for your advice. All standard procedures were carried out. Firmware updated to the latest on the site. Adjustment of the height of the angle produced. A little later I'll grease the carriage rail.

Use small amounts of EU-1. It's called grease but it's really an oil. Using the correct lubricant is important in this situation:

Lubricated shaft, no changes occurred. Talked to users, said that the problem appeared after the last repair.
