IR5570 with T1 Jamming on Legal ONLY

Well i guess the title gives the gist of it.

It will pass maybe 3 or 4 pages of legal then jam, either single copies or multiple.

The machine will run LTR, LTRR, and 11 x 17 just fine, however legal jams at PS35 and PS36 with 0210 (stationary jam fuser exit sensor) it stops with the paper bunched at the entrance roller in the finisher.

    so far I have:

Replaced tires in the legal tray
Tried running legal through the bypas
    switched to face up delivery
    cleared dcon
replaced finisher control board (luckily i had a spare)
    replaced entrance roller in finisher
made certain the finisher was level

    I am at a loss.

    pics related.

Sounds similar to a problem we had. It may be the wrong finisher, I would confirm the finisher is the one you want by checking the serial number. It would only jam on legal due to a timing issue, but the finishers were almost identical physically.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

I think it was an AD1 which goes on the 5055 and looks the same at first sight. the Serial number for the AD1 should start with a prefix of MBN. If it does I think you will need to change the finisher.

yes it is the right finisher and the board had the right part number too.

ive seen ths problem in some 5000 series have you to change its model size to 3 so that both ab and inches size will be detect.and try to remove a white roller in the exit unit.
