    [CQ] IR-9070 Strange CQ Problem

    Hello,

Anybody had this problem before? see attached files

First 2 prints 1jpg come out with little background and 3 black lines (lines are somehow offset from the 3 stripper fingers under the drum) and all following copies and prints come out full dark background and some double image, this happens on print and copy as well.

Work done so far: Replaced all coronas, replaced developing housing, swapped complete drum unit from another machine, re-seat connectors on HV board,
checked all settings on Copier> Adjust, all are OK, but problem stayed.

    Anny help much appreciated.

Have you tried disabling the potential control to see if this resolves your problem?

Yes i did, but after i did a DC con + MMI clear..then the machine started printing ok again with no dark background and lines as before..but after a while the prints starts coming out ligth and uneven density top to bottom.

When i disable potential control the copies come out blank..no image at all.

You might want to try replacing the HVT.
