I have a IR5480 with a W2 finisher. It is skewing once is a while, when stapleing. any ideas?

Canon has released ver 7.01 for finisher that allows you to adjust swing assy pressure.

How ya doing? This had been a problem with b&w and color copiers for a while. Canon has issue updated firmware for W1, W2 PCB controller v7.01, older version is v5.01. If you want i can email the file to you. Check out the techpub it shows the procedure. You do need the PCB downloader tool.
