canon IR1023N Jamming

Hi guys,
A customer has a canon IR1023N that jams AFTER the fuser unit upon exit... there appears to be no obstruction in the paper exit path.
Any ideas?

Check the paper exit sensor may damaged or doest not sent and recept signal when paper open it

check for a piece of paper jammed at the heating section. or the paper detector has broken...Good Lucky .

have you run the motor/sensor tests? they should refine the diags on this..

Is there any noise (grind/squeak) associated with the jam?
is the paper nicked or bent when you remove the jam?
any jam code listed in error log?
